Rabbi Moshe Taub:

Rabbi Moshe Taub lives in Queens, New York with his wife Nechama and their five children.

He is the Rav at Young Israel of Holliswood/ Holliswood Jewish Center in Queens, New York.

His “Shul Chronicles” column has been a weekly feature in Ami Magazine since the magazine’s inception and touches upon areas of halachahhashkafah, history, and the rabbinate. He serves as Ami Magazine’s Rabbinical Editor.

At 25, Rabbi Taub moved to Buffalo, NY to serve as the Rabbi of the Young Israel of Greater Buffalo and the Director of the BVK, the Vaad HaKashrus of Buffalo and Western New York.

In 2011, Rabbi Taub finished construction on Buffalo’s first Eruv, covering over twenty miles, and built under the direction of Rav Steinmetz z”l and, lbch’ch, Rav Shlomo Miller shlit”a.

In 2015, the Taubs moved to Queens where Rabbi Taub became the Rabbi at the Young Israel of Holliswood/Holliswood Jewish Center.

While maintaining his rabbinical post, Rabbi Taub also served as the menahel in Telshe, Riverdale until 2023, and still teaches on a variety of subjects at several Torah institutions and yeshivos in the NYC area, including Shevach Beis Yaakov High School and Central, Yeshiva Univeristy High School for Girls, Yeshiva Tifferet Torah, etc.

Rabbi Taub has been a guest speaker and lecturer for eclectic crowds, ranging from premier yeshivos, shuls, Pesach programs, Harvard Law School, and business retreats.

His most recent book ‘Jews In The New World‘ is now available at local Judaica and sefarim stores and on Amazon.

His sefer on Chanukah will be published iy”H before Chanukah, 5786.

Sefarim and books on various subjects – e.g., on Chanukah, on Rabbinic Halacha, and more of his History Series – are presently being prepared for publication.
